Elkhorn Coffee was born from a passion for the great outdoors and the belief that coffee is essential for every adventure. We are hunter owned and located in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our journey began during the holiday season of 2022, when a simple idea took root – to craft a coffee that embodies our deep love for nature and outdoor exploration.

With over 12 years of roasting experience, we carefully craft each batch of coffee fresh and in small quantities, using only the highest-quality beans. Our coffee is ethically sourced from around the world through a trusted Smithsonian Certified Coffee Importer, ensuring that the beans we select are grown with a strong conservation mindset. These farms prioritize sustainable practices that protect biodiversity, promote soil health, and support the well-being of farming communities. We never use artificial flavorings or oils — just 100% pure, American-roasted coffee made with care and integrity.

We honor those who have championed conservation, particularly Theodore Roosevelt and his time at the Elkhorn Ranch, where he engaged in hunting, fishing and ranching.
